I use a combination of specialized hand, feet or stone techniques to facilitate healing and manage pain. It really depends on the individual case. Sometimes a client may ask for light pressure to help relax and restore the body. Other times the demand will be for a strong one to relieve chronic muscle tension. I custom design treatments for each client. The experience will be truly amazing and you'll always be expecting this standard of professionalism going forward. It cannot be duplicated by anyone else.

Perhaps you might be injured or non-injured. Amateur athlete or pro. Regular or referral. Friend or family. A new Mom with shoulder pain from holding baby. A university student with stiff neck and forearm pain. Someone with a sore back from moving day. An individual with tight muscles from training hard. An employee with stress built up from the work environment. A person suffering from muscular pain that hasn't been resolved for many years. Contact me because I can help you.

I had the great opportunity to study from instructors in (Vancouver, BC), (Dallas, TX), (Bend, OR), (Denver, CO), (Indianapolis, IN), (San Antonio, TX). Fusing Eastern/Western gems of bodywork and massage is what I offer the public.

Therapeutic massage skillfully performed with the foot is kryptonite for scar tissue and chronic muscle pain that festers. It covers greater body surface while kneading the musculature  efficiently and effectively. Years of suffering ends so the body can finally self-correct.
